TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Subject of the online contract and its definition
An "online" sales contract means a distance contract, i.e. a legal transaction concerning movable goods and/or services entered into between a supplier, Camera17 with registered office in Torino, Via Avigliana 17/a and a consumer customer within the framework of a distance selling system organized by the supplier which, for this contract, uses the distance communication technology known as "internet". All contracts will therefore be concluded directly through access by the consumer customer to the website corresponding to the address: www.camera17.it, where, by following the indicated procedures, they will conclude the contract for the purchase of the goods. Final consumer means the natural person who purchases goods and services for purposes not directly related to any professional activity carried out. The sales conditions set out below will remain effective until they are changed by the supplier. Any changes to the sales conditions will be effective from the moment they are published on the website and will apply to sales made from that moment onward.
2. Sale prices and purchasing methods
All sale prices of the services displayed and indicated within the website, which constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code, include VAT and any other tax (unless otherwise indicated). Where a transport cost is provided for, it is duly highlighted on the appropriate page within the site, which the customer must view before confirming the purchase; in the event of delivery abroad, the consumer shall bear any additional costs due to taxes or duties provided for by the legislation in force in the country of destination. The purchase contract is finalized by correctly completing the form and giving consent to the purchase through the "online" acceptance. The customer may pay for the ordered goods only using the payment methods indicated online at the time of purchase.
Estimated delivery times are 5 days.
3. Buyer’s obligations
Once the "online" purchase procedure has been completed, the consumer undertakes and is obliged to print and keep these general conditions, which they will already have viewed and accepted as a mandatory step in the purchase, as well as the specifications of the product being purchased, in order to fully satisfy the condition referred to in arts. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999. The buyer is strictly prohibited from entering false, invented and/or fictitious data in the registration procedure necessary to activate, in relation to them, the process for the execution of this contract and the related further communications; the personal data and e-mail address must be exclusively their own real personal data and not those of third parties, or fictitious. It is expressly forbidden to make duplicate registrations corresponding to a single person or to enter third-party data. The company reserves the right to take legal action against any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
4. Right of withdrawal and complaints
The consumer who, for any reason, is not satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract. Withdrawal must be exercised by sending, within the aforementioned period of 30 calendar days, an email to resi@camera17.it. The consumer may not exercise this same right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly. Within the above-mentioned period of 30 days, all purchased goods must be returned to the sender-supplier intact and in their original packaging, with nothing missing. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. When the return arrives back at our warehouse, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
5. Contract termination and express termination clause
Camera17 has the right to terminate the sales contract entered into by simply notifying the customer with adequate and justified reasons; in this case the customer shall be entitled exclusively to the return of any amount already received and paid.
6. Jurisdiction and competent court
Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and breach of purchase contracts entered into "online" through the website www.camera17.it is subject to Italian jurisdiction; these general conditions refer, for anything not expressly provided for herein, to the combined provisions of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 15.1.1992 and Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22.5.1999. For any dispute between the parties regarding this contract, the Court of the Customer’s place of residence or the final consumer’s elected domicile shall have jurisdiction (Art. 1469 Bis No. 19). For all others, the court of Aosta shall have jurisdiction.
7. Privacy Notice:
European citizens and anyone residing, even temporarily, within the territory of the EU have the right for their data to be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679.

Camera17 with registered office in Torino, Via Avigliana 17/a – ITALY, is the CONTROLLER of the personal data collected by the website www.camera17.it The Controller can be contacted by email at info@camera17.it or by telephone during business opening hours at +39 011 434 6385. Camera17 is not required to appoint a D.P.O. pursuant to art. 37 of the GDPR.
Data collected:
The website collects personal data voluntarily entered by the data subject during account creation or for the purchase of products. The website collects data relating to browsing and identification codes through so-called “cookies” as specified below. Camera17 does not process personal data of minors under 16 years of age nor data under art. 9 of the GDPR.
Purposes of processing:
Personal data are processed, without carrying out any formal or automatic verification, on the Controller’s equipment and systems or those of a trusted Processor in order to:
• carry out an assignment received, ship the purchased products, manage orders and customer relationships, and fulfill legal obligations. These processing operations are to be considered mandatory as they are necessary, and failure to provide the data affects the provision of services.
• send information and commercial proposals by email or other communication tools. This processing is optional, requires the consent of the data subject, but allows us to offer a better service.
Recipients of the data:
The data may be processed by staff and collaborators within the organization. Personal data may also be processed by parties outside the organization, such as shipping companies, public bodies, professionals and technicians who carry out maintenance and inspection operations on the equipment.
Transfer of data to third countries:
The data collected may be transferred to non-EU countries that offer safeguards for protection as provided for in Articles 45 and 46 of the GDPR.
Duration of processing:
The processing of personal data has no set term and the data may be processed, even solely for internal archiving within the organization, until consent is withdrawn.
Rights of the data subject:
• Right to information. The data subject has the right to know the categories and purposes of the personal data stored or processed by Camera17
• Right to modification or rectification. The data subject has the right to rectify or modify their data by sending an electronic communication that allows their unequivocal and secure identification.
• Right to restriction or erasure. The data subject has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of their data limited to the cases provided for by the GDPR, by sending an electronic communication that allows their unequivocal and secure identification. The data will be erased taking into account the available technical measures and the reasonable efforts required, also in relation to the purposes and rights pursued.
• Right to portability. The data subject has the right to receive their data in an intelligible and standard format in the ways and within the limits of the available techniques and the reasonable efforts required for extraction.
Automated processes:
The data collected are processed automatically to create internal archives within the organization. No activities attributable to profiling of the data subject are carried out.
