INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Not happy with your purchase? Wrong size?

You can return any product purchased on camera17.it within 15 days from the delivery date. Once the item arrives in our office you will be refunded the value of the same, but remember that the shipping costs for the return are at your expense.

That's how:

Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached. We remind you that washed, worn or stained products will not be replaced or refunded.

Attention! If the price of the products you wish to replace has changed compared to when you placed the order, the price difference will not be refunded both in the event of a return and in the case of a size change.

As required by the directive examined in regulation 524/2013 / EU by the European Commission to protect the actors who take part in the purchase process on an e-commerce, any complaints can be reported on the ODR site.
