INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS AND GOODS EXCHANGES

Are you not happy with your purchase? Did you choose the wrong size?

You may return any product purchased on camera17.it within 14 days from the delivery date. Once the item arrives at our premises we will make the refund through the same payment method that you used to make the purchase, but remember that the shipping costs for the return are at your expense.

  • Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached. The customer is responsible only for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods: the garments may be tried on, but not used beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and functionality.
  • Remember to put back inside the package the "COMMERCIAL DOCUMENT of sale or service", without this we cannot proceed with the refund.

Attention! If the price of the products you wish to replace has changed compared to when you placed the order, the price difference will not be refunded either in the case of a return or in the case of a size exchange.
As provided for by the directive examined in regulation 524/2013/EU by the European Commission to protect the actors who take part in the purchase process on an e-commerce site, any complaints may be reported on the ODR site.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by him other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good in the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to inform Camera17 of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail) to the following contact details:

The customer may use the standard withdrawal form set out below, but it is not obligatory. To comply with the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, Camera17 will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which it was informed of the decision to withdraw.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed; in any event the customer will not have to bear any cost as a consequence of the refund. Camera17 may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the customer has demonstrated that he has sent them back, whichever situation occurs first.

The customer is required to return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which he communicated the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the customer sends back the goods before the 14 days have expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
