TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Subject of the online contract and its definition
An "online" sales contract means the distance contract, that is, the legal transaction having as its object movable goods and/or services entered into between a supplier, Notarnicola Alessio with registered office in Torino, Via Avigliana 17/a and a consumer customer within the framework of a distance selling system organized by the supplier which, for this contract, uses the distance communication technology called "internet". All contracts, therefore, will be concluded directly through access by the consumer customer to the internet site corresponding to the address: camera17.it, where, by following the indicated procedures, he will come to conclude the contract for the purchase of the good. Final consumer means the natural person who purchases goods and services for purposes not directly related to any professional activity carried out. The sales conditions that will remain effective until they are changed by the supplier are set out below. Any changes to the sales conditions will be effective from the moment in which they are published on the internet site and will refer to sales made from that moment onwards.
2. Sale prices and methods of purchase
All sale prices of the services displayed and indicated within the internet site, for which they constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 c.c., include I.V.A. and every other tax (unless otherwise indicated). Where a transport cost is provided, it is duly highlighted on the appropriate page within the site which the customer will take care to view before confirming the purchase; in the event of delivery abroad, any supplementary costs due to duties or taxes provided for by the legislation in force in the State of destination will be borne by the consumer. The purchase contract is perfected by the exact completion and the consent to the purchase expressed through the adherence given "online". The customer may pay for the ordered goods using only the payment methods indicated online at the time of purchase.

3. Obligations of the purchaser
The consumer undertakes and is obliged, once the "online" purchase procedure has been concluded, to print and keep these general conditions, which, moreover, he will already have viewed and accepted as a mandatory step in the purchase, as well as the specifications of the product subject of the purchase, and this in order to fully satisfy the condition referred to in arts. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999. The purchaser is strictly prohibited from entering false, and/or invented, and/or fictitious data, in the registration procedure necessary to activate with respect to him the process for the execution of this contract and the related further communications; the personal data and the e-mail must be exclusively his own real personal data and not those of third persons, or fictitious. It is expressly forbidden to make double registrations corresponding to a single person or to enter data of third persons. The company reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
4. Right of withdrawal and complaints
The consumer who for any reason does not consider himself satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 10 working days running from the conclusion of the contract. The withdrawal must be expressed by sending within the aforementioned term of 10 days a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address: Notarnicola Alessio with registered office in Torino, Via Avigliana 17/a. Within the same term an email may be sent to the address info@camera17.it which must be followed within 48 hours by the aforementioned registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt confirming the withdrawal expressed. The consumer may not exercise this same right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or risk deteriorating or altering rapidly. Within the aforementioned term of 10 days all purchased goods must be returned to the sender-supplier intact and in their original packaging, without any shortage. The return costs will be borne by the customer. Once the request has been received, the company will proceed to make the refund through the same payment method that used to make the purchase..
5. Contractual termination and express termination clause
Alessio Notarnicola has the right to terminate the sales contract entered into by giving simple communication to the customer with adequate and justified reasons; in such case the customer will be entitled exclusively to the return of any sums already assumed and paid.
6. Jurisdiction and competent Court
Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and breach of purchase contracts entered into "online" through the site of camera17.it is subject to Italian jurisdiction; these general conditions refer, for what is not expressly provided for herein, to the combined provisions of legislative decree no. 50 of 15.1.1992 and legislative decree no. 185 of 22.5.1999. For any dispute between the parties regarding this contract, the Court of the Customer's residence or elective domicile of the final consumer will be competent ( Art. 1469 Bis N° 19).
